Initial Consultation
This appointment is a chance to discuss what is going on for you, and to learn more about how hypnotherapy could help support you in your life.

We will cover the neuroscience of mind works and start to build understanding and awareness around why you might be feeling as you do.
​
This session will last for about 35-45 minutes.
​
Initial Consultation: £50

This session usually takes place online via video call, if this does not work for you, I may be able to accomodate an in-person consultaion.
1-to-1 Weekly Sessions
​
A tailor-made treatment plan to help you with what you are struggling and guide you in achieving the solutions you are envisioning.
​
The number of sessions required varies from person to person as the therapeutic process is unique to each individual.
​
In order to encourage consistent change and accountability I will usually allocate you a weekly time slot.
​
Online: £75
In Person: £75

A hypnotherapy session typically lasts between 50 minutes and 1 hour. The first half of the session is psychotherapy and integrating therapeutic tools to support you, and the second half is focused on hypnotic trance.
