•Over the sessions I take you through a specific program to help reduce your stress levels. Releasing emotions from traumatic memories, resolving anxious & depressive states, re-programming emotional triggers and before collapsing any limiting beliefs.

•The Mind Reboot is subtractive therapy which permanently removes the unhelpful patterns and beliefs that were formed in your early life. Our limiting beliefs, (what we believe to be true about ourselves) generally stem from incidents that we experienced as children. These experiences have a negative impact on our life, creating behaviours or thoughts that are unhelpful to us into our adult life.
